Holy Ghost
The Holy Ghost is part of the Godhead (Father, Son and Holy Ghost). The Holy Ghost is not anything that you can see with your eyes, but is real and with us at all times. The Holy Ghost was given to us when we first believe as promised by Jesus when He was on the earth just before His departure (crucifixion). The Holy Ghost gently - and herein lies the challenge for us - leads us (still small voice) it is still up to us in what we decide to do. The Holy Ghost is always there when we need Him and is always advising us on what is the right thing to do, but it is still out choice - we can still do whatever it is that we decide to do - He will never make us do anything that we do not want to do.
